Sheletha Harmon is a Human Resources Specialist, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Enthusiast (DE&I), a third-year doctoral student in Leadership Studies, and a Mindset Coach. Sheletha has spent a significant time outside of her career mentoring women of color. Her mentoring strategy focuses on guiding women to manifest their visions with intention through shifting their mindsets and radically showing up as their authentic selves. Her research focus is on the relationship of self-rated ethnic identity, personality of the Black female leader and their perceived relationship quality with their leader. She hopes to further explore the effects of intersectionality on the Black female leader's opportunity for advancement within the workplace.  Sheletha is a passionate advocate that when women come together to share their experiences there is a great opportunity for personal growth. Sheletha believes that every woman should customize the jewels that set their crowns.
